We also help firms evaluate their entire learning architecture or help create one. The learning architecture process will require in identifying and building the right programs mapped to the right competencies at different levels. This exercise will ensure all overlapping programs for generally global firms are not duplicated and there is a learning alignment in the system in line with firms philosophy and culture. Additionally, we help firms also give strategies on evaluating their ROI on the learning investment.
