I specialize in high-end leadership consulting, bridging the gap between leadership theory and real-world application through customized learning programs, impactful keynotes, C-suite facilitation, and strategic business development.

I recently embarked on a new entrepreneurial journey as a C-Suite Leadership Facilitator. Prior to this, I served as Managing Director of Duke CE India, where I led learning strategies for top-tier clients across Asia, Europe, and North America. I have also held various roles in Financial Advisory, Sales, and Fund Accounting at American Express, Charles Schwab, and Franklin Templeton in the US.

My approach integrates program evaluation with ROI analysis and expert instructional design, ensuring sustainable leadership development and tangible business outcomes. I am passionate about sports, travel, yoga, and meditation—interests that reflect my dedication to personal growth and holistic well-being.
