My career journey has been shaped by diverse experiences—leading Duke CE India as Managing Director to design leadership strategies for top-tier clients across Asia, Europe, and North America, and earlier holding roles in Financial Advisory, Sales, and Fund Accounting with American Express, Charles Schwab, and Franklin Templeton in the US. Today, I continue that journey as a C-Suite Leadership Facilitator and entrepreneur, bringing together everything I’ve learned to help leaders, teams, and organizations thrive in a complex world.
